Booking Conditions

1. Reservation and Payment

1.1. To secure a reservation for one of our rental properties, a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount must be paid at the time of booking.

1.2. The remaining 50% of the total booking amount must be paid at least 20 days before the scheduled arrival date.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (or 60 days prior to arrival if the arrival date is during the month of August) will receive a full refund of the 50% deposit.

2.2. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date (or within 60 days during the month of August) will not be eligible for any refund of the deposit or any other fees paid.

3. Damages and Security Deposit

3.1. A security deposit may be required for each rental property. This deposit will be refunded to the guest within a reasonable timeframe after check-out, minus any deductions for damages or additional charges.

3.2. Guests are responsible for the cost of any damages or losses to the property or its contents during their stay. Damages or losses must be reported to the property owner or management immediately.

4. Check-in and Check-out

4.1. Check-in time is typically at 14:00, and check-out time is at 12:00. Please adhere to these times unless other arrangements have been made with the property owner or management.

5. Maximum Occupancy

5.1. The maximum occupancy for each rental property is specified in the property description. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in additional charges or eviction without a refund.

6. Pets and Smoking

6.1. Pets are not allowed unless stated otherwise in the property description. Smoking is not allowed but inside the rental properties due to fire hazard. Violation of these rules may result in additional cleaning fees and other charges.

7. House Rules

7.1. Guests are expected to follow all house rules and guidelines provided by the property owner or management. Failure to comply may result in eviction without a refund.

8. Privacy and Personal Information

8.1. We respect your privacy and will protect any personal information you provide according to our Privacy Policy. We may use your contact information to communicate with you about your reservation or related matters.

9. Changes to Booking Conditions

9.1. We reserve the right to make changes to these booking conditions at our discretion. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the guest's responsibility to review them periodically.
